Latrodectus variolus juvenile?

JamesTheSpider

Hmm. Possibly a young specimen of the Northern black widow, Latrodectus variolus, displaying unusual coloration. The bite of this species can cause fever, nausea, muscle cramps or spasms, and difficulty breathing. The venom of this species is rarely fatal.

https://bugguide.net/node/view/287113 I think the family is correct, but maybe genus Theridion. There are many species in the Genus in North America. I
That ould make it a non-dangerous spider, I don’t know if any be genera other than Latrodectus in Therididae are dangerous.

Isn’t Steatoda nobilis considered medically significant?
