I think it is a micrathena sagittata. I submitted the photos (photo ID 145040 and this one) so that WV would now be mentioned as a state with this species.

Yes she’s Micrathena sagittata. Sorry, I can’t update our state spider listings. I would love to! Our Site Moderator is focused on home schooling during the pandemic and I don’t have the programming access. I like adding new species, locations, and photo features too. http://WWW.bugguide.net is actively adding to their sightings statistics. They have reliable data for at least the last 18 years.
