By using this site my guess is Steatoda borealis or Steatoda bipunctata
(Rabbit Hutch Spider).
I found it in the house. I took a shelf out of a closet and found it on the underside. It had some web on the shelf but, not much. I might relocate it to the shed since it doesn't seem to be poisonous.
