I'm guessing this is Steatoda borealis based on similarity to photos other people have posted. This was taken around 11:45 pm in a run-in shed occupied by horses, on a very humid night with temperature around 55 or 60 degrees F. Will submit more photos from different angles.

The males of this species have extra large pedipalps (leg-like appendages near the spider’s mouth).
