I didn't take it myself, it was in a YouTube video, shot by someone in Miami, Florida. I took a screenshot. I've no idea what sorta spider it is honestly, neither does this YouTuber. I'm very curious.

Thank you! I think you may be correct, looked around through Google and it looks similar to a Golden Silk Orb-Weaver, Trichonephila clavipes.
