Not sure what type this is. Looks similar to some I see on the site but not sure. Probably a little larger than a quarter. Wasn't there a few days ago and has now built an incredibly huge web near my stairs.

I just saw this same type of spider in a web near my woodpile. Is it some type of orb weaver.
Sighted in Milton Vt. Sept 24 2021.
This is the underside of the spider. The top (dorsal) image is much easier for us to work with. If you tap her web she might briefly change sides and show you her top. An extra photo can be posted as a new submission. Her leg colors indicate that she may be a Shamrock Orbweaver, Araneus trifolium. Their dorsal markings are white on another color, which varies. This year I’ve only seen peach-colored Shamrock Orbweavers in photos. They live primarily in Canada and adjacent northern US States.
