It is in genus Steatoda, as you guessed. I can’t see the indents that a Rabbit Hutch Spider has, but it is possible. It has traits of S. borealis and S. grossa. I’m not sure which Steatoda species it is. It’s a great high resolution photo, the spider is surprisingly hairy.
