She looks like she recently put her eggs in a silk egg sack. Her abdomen is distorted, it was really stretched out and now she’s wrinkly and thirsty. We receive a lot of photos of older female spiders on the ground looking for food or water.

She’s a Shamrock Orbweaver, Araneus trifolium. She’s not dangerous to people.
