Yes, you have the ID. It’s okay to move her if she is in the way. She is not medically dangerous. She would like a fence or tree branch. You can catch her without hurting you or her by using the cup and paper method to contain her. Please place her gently in her new location, spiders are fragile and can die from falls. Thank you for not killing her. A reason they like porches is the porch light. The light attracts nocturnal insects and the spiders use the great opportunity and make webs near lights.
