2nd photo. It was found on lid of trash can hanging by web trying to lift egg sack/bag, don’t know what you call it.

Cool! She’s Enoplognatha ovata, a CandyStripe Spider. That does look like an egg sac. “Egg bag” works for me. 😉
Most of the photos we get of this species seem to be from people who were unpleasantly surprised to find the spider on produce they were about to bite into. I doubt that Candy Stripe Spiders taste like candy.
