The thing-legged wolf spider or Pardosa is a genus, belonging to the wolf spider family.
Non Aggressive but will bite if threatened as most creatures will defend themselves. Live capture and release if in your home. They eat other pests that humans dislike.
Could not edit my post… referring to “if threatened”, I mean if you press on it, for example you do not see it inside a shoe and you put your foot in the shoe. It is likely to bite as it thinks you are attacking it.
