To most people no. To people with allergies to venom/stings, maybe. Them being dangerous to humans is way over exaggerated by media. Sells newspapers to have a Big Scar front Page Story. They have been here in Ireland at least 100 years with little impact on our lives. There are more of them around now yes. Venom is complex though and people can react differently.
