Araneus trifolium, Shamrock Orbweaver. Her species has a variety of abdomen colors, but this seems to be the dominant coloring. She appears to have recently oviposited her eggs into an egg sac. Her abdomen is rumpled after having been stretched out. Female orbweavers seem to routinely go to the ground after ovipositing. They seem to be weak and thirsty. There is rainwater on the asphalt in many photos like this of them.
