Some pain /swelling from bite. However, it has zero interest in crawling on top of your foot (or you) to bite you. It is called a Wolf Spider because it hunts “like a wolf” chasing its prey. They will help remove larger pests around your property even small toads. I suggest live capture-release if it is inside your home or disturbs you.
