Just wanted to say that I have seen 3 of these in two days.one in my bathroom (still there) the next day one in the kitchen and one when I poured litter in the litterbox, immediately after seeing the other one in the kitchen

Dysdera crocata, a Woodlouse Hunter. I hope there isn’t still one in the cat litter. They should be hunting Woodlice bugs which live in damp places, usually with rotting wood. The spiders themselves are usually found in grass near house foundations.
They’re not dangerous to people, they have big curved fangs for wrapping around and through spherical prey.
