Wolf Spider

Grass Spider, actually. Thank you for trying! Our Moderator kept reminding me when I started that – Wolf Spiders don’t climb well. They rarely do verticals. I have long-legged Wolf Spiders, Pardosa species, in my yard. They can climb concrete verticals but they don’t get higher than about two feet. The other big visual difference is that Grass Spiders have visible spinnerets and pointy posteriors. Wolf Spiders mostly have round butts. This is a male.
