Not sure what this could be - am used to seeing a lot of grass spiders in here with the striped back. Same size, I mistook it for a grass spider until I'd gotten close enough to take the picture. Moves pretty fast.
Hmm definitely see some similarities between this and the Eratigena genuses, however from what I could find, Eratigena don’t have banding on their legs, and their chevrons face the other direction (all the pics I could see have chevrons curving towards the direction of their spinnerets, instead this spider’s chevrons are curving upwards towards their head).
My first guess would be a wolfspider
I wasn’t able to find any references of wolf spiders with these types of markings, also seems a bit lacking in hair, but I could be wrong!
This looks like a make Eratigena atrica, “giant house spider” :^)
