This is a Brown Button Spider. They are generally quite scared of humans and will keep to their own. They are also more venomous than the Black Button Spider, but as I said they are shy and can’t excrete as much venom to be as dangerous as the Black Button Spider. The American version of the Button Spider is the Widow Spider.

It depends where it is on your property. I had one in my garage and I just left it, it eventually dissapeared on it’s own. Otherwise you can use harmful sprays to kill it. It depends on what you believe it necessary.
