It looks like a Grass Spider. They are quite harmless. They have narrow bodies with visible protruding spinnerets at the posterior. They make the white sheet/funnel webs that you may see in Autumn on shrubs, tall grass, and any place that provides a structure the spider can work with. I think the coolest thing about them is that their webs are not sticky or taut. Insects that land on the webs can’t walk on the soft angled slope, they fall and slip.
