Araneus trifolium, female. She’s a Shamrock Orbweaver. It confuses some siteusers that the Four Spot is in our photo gallery. We accept and identify worldwide spider photos. They are all together in the alphabetical listing. It confused me many times when I started doing identifications. On our site it is easiest to start with the photo gallery from just your state. If you click on the state in red type or under Locations, you’ll see identified spiders followed by unidentified and unfiled submissions.
