Found indoors on bedroom floor. I live in heavily wooded area. Is this a "wolf spider"? A "dock spider"? I've included book cover for perspective. About 2 - 2.5 inches in diameter. How venomous is it to human or small dog?

Hey looks like Dolomedes tenebrosus
(Dark Fishing Spider), they won’t bite unless it’s absolutely necessary or provoked. The bite is similar to a bee sting
