Since the last 2 years, especially in autumn(rarely in summer) we can see at least 1-2 of them every day in our appartment. Always on the middle of the ceiling or the top/middle of walls, and there is no spider web anywhere.
Their length is between 1 and 3 centimeters, but 2cm in average.

We are located at the 2nd floor. Where are they comes from, how do they enter the appartment, is it maybe from the gaps above or below the main door for example? Do they could bite or be dangerous? My wife is going crazy...
