Comments & ID Thoughts

My son has a bite on his leg for 2 days. Woke up this morning to find this dead in his bed. Worried about it being a tick. Said that it also had a gray sac attached to it but it is lost in the trash.

The shape of the carapace and very long cheliceral claws (fangs) suggest Dysdera sp. (Dysderidae).
