It’s a Cellar Spider in family Pholcidae. They are common in houses and harmless. If you want to relocate it indoors, they are excellent at catching fruit flies. These spiders do well in houseplants, they eat small bugs that emerge from the potting soil. They learn to drink from the moist soil or watering dish. In the kitchen they will eat fruit flies from produce and drink water droplets from the sink area.
