Noble false widow?
Child presented shortly after receiving a bite from a spider (photographed by mum) which had been located in the child's clothing near a home swimming pool. The child had fevers, drowsiness and swelling after for several hours before recovering

This is an Orbweaver, more likely Zygiella than Leviellus sp. Its enom is harmless to humans. The symptoms suggest an envenomation by Steatoda nobilis.
