She’s a Marbled Orbweaver, Araneus marmoreus. She doesn’t have venom that is medically significant. She is about ready to make her egg sack, that’s why her abdomen is so large. Yes you can move her. She would do best on a wooden handrail-type fence, a shed, a branch of a deciduous tree. She needs a rough 90degree angle for her webs and a raised location. When her hatchlings are ready to fly (literally!) they will disperse to various locations. They won’t all stay where you are.
