Yes she’s a Crab Spider, I don’t know the species. It has a white band marking like a White-banded Crab Spider, Missumenoides formosipes. That species can chemically change its colors to match the color and patterns of the surroundings. This one has Ground Crab Spider markings, like you said. The first two pairs of legs are wide too. The abdomen has markings to scare predators. If you annoy one while trying to get a photo it will raise its abdomen toward you. That gives the “snake head” appearance.
