I have no idea what kind of spider it is. It comes out at approximately the same time at night 10-11pm sits in front of the heater with me for about 5 minutes then go on its way. I’ve see the same spider two days in a row at around the same time at night. It’s inside my attached garage at my house.

Not sure about the exact species but given what I think I see in the eye pattern, and also the wandering nature you’re describing, this seems like some type of wolf spider.
