Argiope trifasciata, Banded Garden Spider, ventral image. Thanks for giving the ID an attempt. The trouble you ran into is that this is her underside and the comparison photos are usually of the top of the spider. It’s a cool dramatic pic. She’s the kind of spider that makes the classic orb (circle) web, like the spiderweb emoji.
