Really want to know how harmful this spider may be. Found on toilet seat late at night/early morning.

Harmless.
I am not certain what species this is, but it is not one with medically significant venom to humans.
I agree. It looks like a small Wolf Spider. Maybe Hogna corolinensis?
Google Lens actually was able to autofocus on it and recognize that (its second guess was a hand-carved chihuahua skeleton figurine). Sometimes I run photos through Google’s image recognition to see how good and bad it can be at identifying things at the same time. So we have….chihuahua skeleton figurine on the toilet seat? 😉
