We call these little guys crab spiders locally, but I'm certain that's 1000% incorrect. It's some kind of orb weaver with a triangle shaped, white body.

Verrucosa arenata. Yes, she’s an Orbweaver. You can call them any common name you want. 😉 There are similar Orbweavers, Gasteracantha cancriformis that has the same colors and looks a lot like a crab. They both look like their body was enameled, like vintage craft jewelry.
They are so pretty, but I only ever see them in the fall. Walking into their webs is a different experience
