Comments & ID Thoughts

Euagrus mexicanus is my best guess as to what it might be, but not for sure. He is very fast and not sure if he is poisonous or not. He was running to go inside of my store when i caught him. We cut fresh alfalfa in a field to feed our rabbits not sure if he came from there. But i do know that in the last 10 days i have lost 15 adult rabbits for no reason at all and wasn't sure if one of these could be the culprit as i found one much larger around the size of my palm in the water holding tank dead... Any information would be appreciated.

The long spinnerets do point to it being an Euagrus sp. however I’m not familiar with how to separate the multiple species of this genus found in Mexico.
