I think this is a Madagascar Hermit Spider (Nephilengys livida), found in its web hole outside a building on Aride Island, Seychelles. Confirmation would be great. Thanks.

I think you’re correct. According to the World Spider Catalog they have been reclassified to a different genus and are now: easier to spell. Nephilingis livida. https://wsc.nmbe.ch/genus/2046 The link is to the listings for the genus in the WSC database. They keep track of all of the scientific names a spider has had.
