Male Red house spider? I have no idea but was seen near the female as she had an egg sac. The female didn't seem bothered. I posted the pic of the female right before this one.

It looks like a Tangleweb Spider in genus Theridion. There are many possible species.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theridion The list in my link to Wikipedia is compiled from the nonprofit project, World Spider Catalog. The ranges given are just the primary population bases for each species. So, even ones that don’t say Hawaii or USA are still possibilities, just less likely. I don’t think Red House Spiders have the white stripe. It reminds me of a Candy Stripe Spider, which are found in many parts of the World. Your local agricultural labs or schools might be more familiar with it.
