I believe it's a full grown the yellow sac spider not sure what type

Yes, you got it. 🙂 It’s in genus Chieracanthium. https://bugguide.net/node/view/1017591 There isn’t a visual way to identify the species. What I learned while getting the BugGuide link: There are FIVE species in family Cheiracanthiidae in North America. Three are in a genus I’m not familiar with yet.
it’s most likely Cheiracanthium mildei just based on this picture.
Welcome! @water https://bugguide.net/node/view/3383 It’s possible since C. mildei was introduced to NorthEastern USA. We have both species. Do you have a source that gives a way to tell them apart without a microscope? I go by what BugGuide says for whether photo ID is possible. In my own experience living in the NorthEast, I have Chieracanthium indoors and outdoors that look very different from each other to me. The outdoors ones look like this photo – larger and greenish tan. The indoors ones are clear colorless with lemon yellow abdomens. So, I see what looks like two different species, but… Read more »
