The black chelicerae are actually the pedipalps of the spider. This appears to be a male Hypsosinga rubens. https://bugguide.net/node/view/1576434

Thanks for offering! We have photo categories in our gallery for various attributes such as “with prey,” ventral, eyes, and mating. If you have clear photos of any specific aspects like that most sites like ours want them. Near duplicate or unfocused photos aren’t helpful. Our site has a common glitch that wasn’t patched.
