That is a yellow sac spider. Do not get bit by one it will cause you a world of hurt in the past month I’ve been bit by two and I would never wish that on any one. If you see more than one inside get spider spray at ypur nearest store locate the nest and drench it. They have sac like nests some small like dime sized and some can be as big as ypur fist.

@NaelaDj Welcome! You are correct, it is a Sac Spider in genus Cheiracanthium. There are arguments about what the venom of these spiders does to people. In my own personal experience, it does hurt and takes weeks to heal. I saw the Sac Spiders as they were biting me. I don’t even know why climbed from foliage onto my skin and bit me. Spiders usually bite in self-defense. There are two species, one that lives outdoors mostly and one that is mostly indoors.
