Comments & ID Thoughts
This is Hibana gracilis, a Ghost Spider. It was on the exterior foundation of my house at night. Note the black chelacerae, that is part of the species identification. The NorthEast USA location is part of the ID also. I checked my identification of it with BugGuide's volunteers. It was only their second photo submission of the species for New Hampshire.
