Picture of unidentified spider

Comments & ID Thoughts

Yellow white and black with orange on the back tip of its back and fully black legs that it kept out in front of it. Didn’t look like the typical orb weaver/garden spider.

https://spiderid.com/spider/tetragnathidae/leucauge/argyrobapta/ From your description it sounds exactly like Leucauge argyrobapta, an Orchard Orbweaver.
Several taxonomic families of Spiders have species that make orb webs, this family is Tetragnathiidae, the Long-jawed Orbweavers. The typical orbweavers are in family Araniidae.
