Amaurobius ferox is similar in appearance to this spider but I believe this is a Steatoda borealis. A kind of False Widow, similar in appearance to Widows (Latrodectus spp.) but are considered harmless to humans. Note the two enlarged pedipalps towards the face of the spider.
