Looks like a (pantropical) huntsman spider
thank you. I have googled images of pantropical huntsman spider, the feet of the one i encountered are more pointed and the ratio of legs to body is shorted. Is this variation within the same species?
This does not appear to be a Huntsman Spider (Sparassidae sp.). It looks to be a Funnel Weaver (tentatively Tegenaria sp.).
