It is an Opilione, which is a different kind of arachnid than spiders are.
Opiliones are: class Arachnida>order Opiliones. Spiders are: class Arachnida>order Aranae
Opiliones chew, they do not have fangs. They are not dangerous to plants or people. The visual difference is they have one body segment, spiders have two.
