I see lots of these around, they seem to move pretty fast, and dont seem to make webs(I have not seen them in a web). we live in former cow pastures so we have lots of jumping spiders, this might be another different one. this guy was pretty small, maybe 1/4 inch. It is outside my window between the window and the screen.
