This is a male and a female in genus Parasteatoda. The Parasteatoda species in New Hampshire look the same.

A little upload problem here. The City is Nashua. They were found on a retaining wall in their web. I often find male and female Parasteatoda living together. The possible species a P. tabulata and P. tepidariorum, Bugguide only goes to species level for New Hampshire. The photo is rotated properly, they stood upside-down.
