Thinking it is Cheiracanthium mildei, I found inside next to a door frame holding what I thought was an egg sack, turned out was spiderlings/slings. One got jarred loose during capture and crawled around the enclosure I put them in.

She’s a Cellar Spider in family Pholcidae, possibly Pholcus phalangioides. I haven’t seen the eggs hatch while the mother is carrying them, that’s pretty cool.
