Yellowish hour glass shape on abdomen. Also brown and black legs. Concerned its a black widow male?

This is a male Latrodectus Species from the family Theridiidae. Latrodectus Genus are “the Widow’s ” thankfully the females carry the potent venom and this is definitely a Male Latrodectus and the males from this Genus do not carry the same potent venom as the females. Since this is an adult he’s wandering looking for a mate. Although Latrodectus Species females are not aggressive and do not want to waste their venom on us.
