hi I am just a site visitor so I am not sure, but this looks like one of the running crab spiders in the spider family Philodromidae. I was looking to see if I could identify it and came across this picture of a Rhysodromus histrio female which is not a bad match at all. Bear in mind though that I am very new at this and could be wrong about the family even :-). The body size of a Rhysodromus histrio female is almost 1/4 of an inch (not including the legs).
