I believe this is a Western Black Widow I discovered living in under my pool skimmer lid. I’ve been cleaning the webs out of this location for two weeks now.

I agree, that looks like a black widow to me.

And Western Black Widows are the most likely species to be found in Arizona. Spiders like pool skimmers because fresh bugs are delivered right to them.
