This appears to be a Gnaposidae from the Genus Sergiolus but I cannot be certain on exact species. No harm to humans and not aggressive. Very fast extremely well hunters. They are ambush hunters and don’t use their webbing to “catch” dinner instead they use their stealth and strength.
Oh my apologies I just scroll down trying to help with identification and I need to stop and read the person who’s submitting the picture because they might already know what the spider is right down to species and are trying to help build a catalog of visuals for helping with identification by donating pictures.
