Hi. I’m very new to identifying spiders but this one reminds me of a yellow sac spider in the genus Cheiracanthium. The eyes are in 2 rows, the legs are delicate looking and the front 2 are longer than the others. They legs look like they have black tips in the photo on the left, which would also fit. I think there are a few different species native to your area. But as I say, I am new to this so you should get a second opinion. 🙂

I agree 100% with the id of Cheiracanthium Species. As mentioned the eye arrangement and very remarkable chelicerae really cinch this id.
Brilliant. Thanks so much. I saw the 2 tone chelicerae but didn’t know how common or otherwise it was. If you see anything I have misidentified can you post a correction. It’s the only way I will learn.
